Nancy Nagpal is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ICAI with experience in financial advisory and valuation services. She worked with PwC from 2021 to January 2026, where she developed expertise in goodwill impairment, purchase price allocation (PPA), share-based payment valuation, and business valuation.
