Nihar began his professional career with PwC, primarily serving UK-based clients during his tenure. He has developed experience in Management Incentive Plans (MIPs), including private share valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes, as well as advisory services in relation to the structuring of MIPs. His experience also spans impairment testing and purchase price allocation engagements.

Having graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is currently a CFA Level III candidate.

Outside of work, Nihar enjoys listening and playing music.
